I walked into John’s office and was immediately greeted with a smile and the feeling of being at home. They provided me with a quote for my car insurance, and to my surprise were able to save me tons of money! Definitely made the right decision which choosing John as my agent!

John & Amanda are awesome! The insurance is terrible! I filed hail claims on my rentals. 1st claims ever. My premiums more than doubled. Other insurance agencies saw my homes as having new class 4 roofs & gave me prices lower than my starting prices had been here. Reply: Google doesn't offer corporate reviews. My other rental had a new roof replaced and the insurance went up $16 for the whole year. The new roofs should have been seen as a discount feature. On the bright side, my cars hail claims were handled well with no repercussions.

This place is great! All of the staff wanted to meet me, even the agent came out to meet me. The sales specialist Coleson was so nice n sweet, really helped me understand what I was buying. They saved me alot of money on my policy, plus that Costco membership is awesome! Great experience.

I was with this company for around 4 years maybe even closer to 5, had a great experience at first with Josie at the office. She’s sweet, attentive and kind so the only reason this isn’t one star it’s because of her. Josie if I could rate you as a worked totally 5 out of 5.. with that being said.. I don’t even know if Bob is a real human being considering the fact that I never worked with him. After closing the sale he was non existent, had the terrible luck of working with his wife Julia a few times, who is extremely condescending, lacks empathy, overall, the type of person who should not be working in customer service. If you choose to go with this office I wish you a very different experience than mine. Let me add that I’m totally a non issue customer, I pay my premium in full at time of renewal, great driving record and literally only called when I had a legit concern. Anyways after shopping for a few days, StateFarm earned my business. I will miss you Josie! As for Julia... please get a different job.
