I’ve had no problems with State Farm. I have been with this particular office for about 2 months so I have nothing bad to say about Bill. However, one lady in his office is very unprofessional. The representative I spoke to seemed nice and professional at first. Once she saw that the vehicle I wanted to add was in my name only and that my fiancé will be driving the vehicle, she immediately started giving me all different names and companies to talk to. Like our business wasn’t wanted or appreciated. At the end of our call, she thought she hung up. She proceeded to tell the whole office about MY situation and make it clear that I didn’t need to marry someone that can’t even get his own vehicle. Not that it is hers or anyone else’s business, but it is in my name because the lender could give us better payments that way and we are in no way hurting for money. She was very nasty about the whole situation.

I cant remember why I left State farm in the first place. I believe that when I got with my husband he was with Geico. This is the 1 time I shouldve stayed firm and not change my insurance. Bill Watford and his team takes care of their clients. I had been with State Farm since college. I had 2 small issues that were handled with great care. Amy and Belisia are the BEST! I will NEVER leave them again! Never!
