This accounting firm is a joke. I've read previous review and we feel his pain, HORRIBLE customer service . They definitely prefer Chinese accounts only. Yue Zou its very rude and disrespectful person . They were our accountants , she took on too many clients and overwhelmed her self , she filed our taxes E-file without our consent , never said anything. When we confronted her she said, Chinese easier they never complain . And she had courage to drop us as her clients . Save yourself . Run from her

Service not good. Staffs were not kind. We had penalty from city due to their negligence. Don’t recommend it.
