Scott is one of the most genuine people and is very helpful since the start of our house fire. He reached out the day of our fire to provide information and the steps needed to take during the journey of our loss. He has been the best as far as on the spot with information and keeping us informed. We couldn’t have done it without Scott. We thank you for all your help during our trying time and would highly recommend him for any issues you may have with your insurance issues and progress with correct adjustments that your insurance company may miss.

I can't say enough good about our experience. We had submitted quotes from 2 different contractors (both for very close to the same amounts) to our Insurer and they offered us HALF! In less than 24 hours after meeting with Jay he had them taking positive steps. Not only did Jay get us what we were entitled to but he did so at a very reasonable fee. Their experience and understanding of the claims process, and their willingness to go the extra mile for me, insured that I received adequate compensation for the losses that I incurred. I recently had a fire at one of my homes (a first for me) and the blessing in disguise was the call I got from Scott. He is a top notch knowledgeable professional who has vast insight on how insurance companies operate. He took valuable time out of his day to walk me through what’s next and what I can expect dealing with my insurance claim. Really happy with the service Scott provided. Had a significant property damage at my house when Scott approached me explaining the services offered by Commonwealth Adjusters. Initially I was contemplating working directly with my Insurance, and wasn't sure why I would need Public Adjuster services. But after evaluating the extent of the damage, my limited expertise in the matter, and talking to friends in Real Estate and Insurance industry, I decided to sign-up with Scott. It turned out to be the best decision I made under trying circumstances!

Scott is very knowledgeable in deciphering Insurance fine print, assessing the real cost of repairs, and is quite articulate in making his arguments with the Insurance Claims Adjusters. I found him quite thorough, responsive, reliable and a true subject matter expert. He handled all the communication with the Insurance, was instrumental in getting a timely response from them, and kept me updated throughout the process. He was prompt in addressing all questions I had.

The best part was, he went above and beyond his duties to explain me nuances of structural damage and repairs based on his decades of real world experience. Something he didn't have to do! I would highly recommend Scott's services. When property damage hits, he is the person you want in your corner!
