Callie and her team (Erin) are the absolute best at what they do. We have been with American Family's Callie Ben Mitchell for our home and auto insurance coverage for about 10 years now and have nothing but great things to say about her and Erin. They not only are very knowledgeable with insurance matters but they also are very kind and patient explaining and answering all my tons of questions I sent over the years.
They always look out for our best interest by trying to find ways for us to save on premium, sending a reminder to email them our sons' school transcript for good student discount, home improvement/security done that can qualify for premium reduction.
There are a lot of "low budget" insurance companies out there and had tried some of them in the past but like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for" and having learned the lesson (especially when I had to file a claim), I do not believe the juice is worth the squeeze with those companies.
With American Family and Callie, they were very responsive and super helpful when we had to file a couple a claim on our house and one of our vehicles. They made sure we get the right contacts at their Claim Dept and got taken care of.
