My building in New york City suffered a fire in one of the top floor apartments. The fire itself was not as bad as the damage caused by the Fire Department, soaking every floor beneath, and shutting off the gas service to the entire building. To get the gas back on, we needed to perform a pressure test, which caused dozens of other pipe breaks in the plumbing system. Repairs ended up being over $130,000. In the beginning the Insurance Company tried to exclude these gas repair expenses, claiming it wasn't part of the fire. But in the end, Merit Adjusters was able to get the Carrier to honor the policy language, and cover the entire expense. I highly recommend Merit Adjusters, they are always available for me, and they help me prepare and negotiate my property damage claims.

I live in Williamsburg, and my washing machine broke and my apartment got soaked. Merit Adjusters helped me recover over $12,000 from my Insurance Company. At first the Insurance Company wasn't paying for my bed set, but Josh kept pursuing them and submitted pictures & video and pushed for more meetings, and eventually they agreed. I am very grateful to Merit Adjustors for all the meetings, and attention to details. I highly recommend them to anyone who suffered property damage.
