My experiences with American Family Insurance, and our local team at Jodi Sarntee Agency, has been great. Yes, like everyone else our insurance rates has increased dramatically over the past few years, but so has our claims for hail storms thanks to mother nature. We've had two hail events in the past 4 years. American Family stepped in and made certain that our home and cars were taken care of. We had a recent review with Jodi and other members of her team and saved some money on our premiums by listening to their advice and making some adjustments to our home and car policies. They truly have are best interests in mind.

1) Great People! Every person working at Jodi's agency is super nice and easy to work with.
2) Trustworthy. You are pretty much never going to have to worry about getting taken advantage of. A rarity for insurance agents!

Jodi has been my insurance agent with American Family for over 20 years now for both home and autos. I cannot say enough good things about Jodi and the company. Like everything else these days, insurance seems to continue to climb each year, but Jodi and her Team work with their clients to keep the costs down while still ensuring the clients have enough coverage to meet the ever increasing costs of repairing a home or car. While I have not had many claims, American Family is very easy to work with and prompt in their adjustments. I would highly recommend Jodi and American Family to anyone to meet their insurance requirements!
