I traveled from the Los Angeles area to Dallas to take three classes at CATI over the last two weeks:
1) Desk Examiner Essentials
2) Desk Estimator Essentials
3) Xactimate X1
I can’t say enough about how much I ebjoyed the classes and how much I learned from the instructors. I was able to learn and gain from the knowledge of four different instructors while there and each of them had a lot of knowledge to share. I will definitely consider taking more classes at CATI in the future and highly recommend you do the same if you’re interested in gaining new adjusting skills or strengthening your existing skillset!

Very Professional Atmosphere!
A Welder by Trade and No Knowledge of the of the Insurance Industry This course provided all the Information to pass the State. Exam. Instructor's Will & Michelle gave the information out in Layman's Terms to Me that is. You can ask Questions and they will spend the time to help you out if needed. Michelle came in one hour early before class began to help anyone that needed Help. I will be taking two to three more courses with CATI.

Very nice building with many nice rooms. Friendly staff. Comfortable chairs. Many rooms full of examples which is nice to have hands on and visual to study. Looking forward to returning if get chance too.
