Working with Chuck at Main Street Insurance was such a great experience. Chuck worked hard to get us the best deal for our home and car insurance. He listened to our needs and made some suggestions for things we hadn't thought of. For example, our previous instance didn't have high enough liability and property damage coverage. He put together several great options for us that had better coverage and saved us thousands of our home and auto insurance. On top of everything, Chuck was super nice, was great about getting back to us, and was incredibly professional throughout the entire experience.

If you’re insured here you’re getting ripped off. Head to State Farm or probably any other insurer to be honest.
I made the mistake of switching to Patrick back in 2020 on the advice of a friend. He was down to earth and it was his personal touch that had us leave State Farm. Fast forward 4 years and when I reached out because I was blindsided by my premium increases I was hit with “to give you some context, we’ve experienced over a 2000% increase in volume and activity this year.”
I understood the premium increases even though I’ve never filed a claim - I don’t agree with them (my HOI went up $400 a month!!!), but my frustration was I switched agencies for the personal touch and accountability and when I reached out in frustration for not being personally contacted by anyone at the agency I was told sorry we’re just so popular and busy now. What?!!
He also informed me “Just to give some perspective, last year I had 15 home insurance options; this year, I only have 2.”
One 5 minute call to State Farm and my HOI dropped by over $2500 with better coverage all around. That doesn’t even touch on the car insurance rate drops. Shame on me for being robbed blind, but thank goodness Patrick lost his personal touch which led me to shop around…

I have been a client of Patrick's for a couple of years now. The biggest thing that I get from doing business with Patrick is peace of mind and that is huge for me! He is honest and educates about what insurance would actually be best and serve us the most. He wants to make sure we have the coverage we need for our situation, not necessarily what is the cheapest. But he still got us covered for what we need at a great price. Our insurance agent is Kathleen Wise. Wow has she been amazing to deal with. Our last agent with another company was horrible at getting back to us. Kathleen is always promptly there and ready to assist however she can. She’s personable and kind and we can tell that she actually cares about educating us and making sure our family is covered.
