Mr. Simpson is the best. He is very knowledgable and gets the best quote for all your insurance needs. I have had both auto and home insurance with him and happy with their service. I had looked around before for my insurance quotes and I was impressed with Mr. Simpson. He will work with you and get the best deal. As soon as I clock out from work I called this place to get a quote on insurance and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and when someone returned to the call it was a man that was extremely rude and said they stopped doing quotes at 4:30 call back on Monday and hung up the phone didn't even give me a chance to ask more questions, when I initially called in it was before 4:30 so I was placed on hold so the time can be passed 4:30?
Extremely rude and unprofessional bad for business whomever that is needs to be fired

The good: Some of the staff are quite friendly and helpful. They represent a wide array of companies and can find something to fit your budget.

The not so good: The agent is...not so friendly. The office is quite small and can feel extremely crowded with just 3-4 people inside. Some of the staff bring up politics, conspiracy theories, alternative medicine and other controversial topics which is unprofessional and can get uncomfortable.

We continue to use them for our car insurance because once your coverage is set up, you can pay online and rarely deal with them again. YMMV

I have been with Jim Simpson for years. So today I called to make a payment and Jim answered the phone. He asked for my policy number I told him I was out of town and didn’t have it. His voice seemed irritated and stated next time you call make sure you have it! Mind you I pay all the time by phone with my Name and company. Then he proceeds to tell me I’m renewing my insurance for $300 an something. Which was incorrect. And I told him that. With more anger in his voice he said WELL THIS IS WHAT THE COMPUTER IS SHOWING ME! Very rudely. I told him again that is incorrect I renewed months ago. So at this point he notice HIS error and corrected the price that’s due. From the time I called to the time I hung up it was clear all he wanted to do was argue. Maybe because my name is Chanette and he couldn’t spell it lol. Moral of the story is this world is so cruel. No need to be extremely disrespectful to a loyal customer. I’ll pray for him. But I would not recommend Jim Simpson. Kindness and respect goes a long way !

Jim Simpson has consistently provided excellent advice with regard to my insurance needs. He is truly committed to providing the best options from what is available. He has been with me through many life changes, such as the death of my husband, me being diagnosed with a serious illness and the many Medicaid benefits and options when I turned 65.
He has the ability to cut through the double-speak of the intricacies of various policies and explain the specific details in order to maximize my benefits. I have both house and automobile policies with him.
I feel he is a good, honest and decent man. I appreciate all of the work he does on my behalf.

Jim always finds me the best rates for all the lines of business with which I have insurance with him. I can call him regarding any issue I have and he takes care of it for me. The only time I didn't use Jim as my agent was when I moved out of state and the products were available for me there. The staff is helpful and attentive to my needs. Professional in every way.
