It was a pleasure to work with Stacey for our new home and auto policy. After receiving our renewal paperwork from another insurance company I was shocked at the price increase. I reached out to Stacey for a quote and within hours she emailed me a well organized and informative spreadsheet comparing policies and prices. I had also reached out to another agency but their information was confusing and not easily laid out. Stacey Friedman was extremely helpful from our first phone call after I filled out a form online for a quote for auto insurance. She kept in touch throughout the whole process, often working around my work schedule so we could touch base. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Not to mention, we’re saving a lot of money! The “big box” auto insurance companies were quoting us an astronomical premium for two teenage drivers. I’m so happy we found State Farm and Stacey!

If I could give Kristi and her office staff more then 5 stars I definitely would!! When I relocated here to Castle Rock, I was looking for someone to at least match my previous State Farm Agent in our prior state. Kristi Stearns and ALL her office staff have matched and exceeded my expectations. They are super responsive to all my questions, even the dumb questions I have! Always, always, always very friendly, super helpful and as I said earlier, quick to respond when needed. As of Feb 1, 2025, my wife and I switched from American Family to State Farm here in Castle Rock, CO., at the Happy Canyon Office. Stacey worked with us on our quotes for Autos, Home and Umbrella in comparing their costs to our existing policies. She was extremely cordial, thorough, efficient and extremely cost effective for us, which actually including more coverage. We can not speak highly enough of our experience in switching our insurance coverages (home, auto, umbrella) to the Kristi Stearns agency. What a great experience it was working with Kaden and Kyle. They were extremely helpful at getting my wife and myself set up with insurance.
