Have had State Farm Insurance for 40 years. House and car insurance. One claim filed in the early 90’s. Filed two claims in one year which nothing was paid out on either. On one “claim” we had them come out and see if a hail storm did damage to our roof. They came out and said there was no damage. End of story and that was “claim.” So Justin cancelled our policy that we’ve had for 40 YEARS!!! There are loyalties with this man. I can’t even wrap my head around why we were canceled for having ONE paid out claim in 40 years. Do not think he is there to help when you need it. Only out for himself. 100 % pure disappointment with his office.

I have been insured by Justin’s State Farm for over 25 years After several attempts to get to get a new quote for my insurance policy to be increased, I called for the 3rd time and asked the secretary that answered the phone if I could talk to Justin. She then explained to me that her name was Jaycee and she was his wife. So I guess this is enough to not have him call me. Anyway…. long story short I was told by Justin’s wife that they have so many customers that they could not get back to me quickly. So 2 months later ,from requesting a quote, now they have one less customer to get back to.
