I contacted Ally Public adjusting at the beginning of the year regarding a leak in my bathroom. They sent formal documentation and told me they were "on it" and that I wouldn't need to reach out to my insurance company again. After that, there was no communication for about a month. I called back to get an update and was told my adjust was sick and out of the office, but that my case was being handled. I never go any emails, phone calls, or texts about my case, ever. I kept calling and emailing (sometimes they wouldn't even email back) and after 3 months, they sent out a crew to take 360 scans of my condo. They then let me know that I should not perform any work on my bathroom / shower area if I wanted to have a shot of the insurance paying out. I followed their suggestion and did not have renovations performed. It's been roughly half a year since dealing with this company and (to date) no emails, mail, texts, phone calls, nothing. Every time I call I get the run around (someone is sick, out of office, etc.). I decided to go ahead and proceed with the fix / remodel so that I could have my home back. I urge you to think twice before using this company, they were extremely unprofessional and wasted my time for about half a year. It's not worth the stress and the headache....

I had a positive experience with Ally Public Adjusting for my roof claim, especially given how difficult the process was with my insurance company. You’d expect them to help you in a time of loss, but instead, they lowball you, delay, and claim they’re on your side when they’re not. Ally took care of everything—the paperwork, emails, calls, and all the back-and-forth. They put in the time and effort to get things done right, and once all the evidence was gathered, they made the process much easier to understand.

Jennifer and Miranda were incredibly helpful and always there to answer my questions. Thanks to Ally, I ended up with a fair settlement that I wouldn’t have gotten on my own. I highly recommend Ally Public Adjusting if you’re dealing with an insurance claim—they truly made it right.

In late August I experienced a tree strike on my home in Canton GA. While the damage was not to the point that the home was uninhabitable, there were definitely things that needed to be repaired quickly to button up the structure in order to prevent additional damage. I contacted my insurer and they were pretty uninterested to the point that they never sent an adjuster out to see the damage. The contractor I was working with suggested that I might want to consider working with a Public Adjusting company to deal with the insurance company. I was put in contact with Ally Public Adjusting and provided the name of Leigh Delesandro as my assigned adjustor. I am so glad i did. She dealt with the insurance company for over 3 months to get everything resolved and pushed forward. Leigh was always there to answer any questions I might have and she was there as the front line adjustor to insure that things were done well and that what was owed was indeed paid. I cannot recommend this course of action strongly enough, no matter how your insurer may say it's unnecessary, I think it is worth its weight in gold. There is enough uncertainly in the whole damage/claim/repair chain that having someone in your corner to get the job done is a major load off your mind. The one thing to keep in mind is that the relationship with the Public Adjuster is a 2-way street. They will keep you informed but there are things that you must do for them as they ask, like signing disbursement authorizations and so forth. You must stay engaged but it is definitely a less hostile environment than it could be dealing with the insurance company. That is definitely where the benefit of using the Public Adjustor comes into play. I am so happy I took this course of action and I feel very lucky to have had Leigh as my adjuster.

Dealing with insurance after a loss is exhausting. When my insurance company offered a fraction of what I was owed, I tried to do it on my own and didn't realize how complex and time consuming our claim was. Ally stepped in and made the process so much easier. Their experience and knowledge got me the settlement I was owed. If I ever have to go through this again, I know who to call.
