From the first meeting, Sterling and the staff were positive and professional. I was confident I had made a great choice. My assigned team of Dylan and Jill showed expertise in dealing with the insurance company and the difficulties presented when filing a claim. They were patient, reassuring, efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. Trusting Trust Public Adjusters was very easy. They made the process painless and stress-free. After the hurricane practically destroyed several of my rental properties, I was able to connect with Trust Public adjusting through my property management company. Sterling and Jill took over my claims and fought the insurance companies for me. They were able to get me all the money to repair every property. It was a long 18 months but all claims were settled and all properties were returned to the original state. Finally, I have all of these rented. I couldn’t imagine how long it would have taken me to get the results that Sterling and Jill were able to get for me. Jill was always available to help and answer questions when Sterling was not available. They make a great team. I hope that I never need them again, but I will not hesitate to hire them again!!

Matthew Mink was a true professional with great communication throughout our process of getting adequate compensation from our insurance company. If you’re affected by not receiving adequate compensation from your insurance company after a storm this is who you should be calling. The rest of the staff is amazing as well.

Samer is the most knowledgeable, professional, and communicative public adjuster I had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve looked into other PAs before him, and no one was able to address our concerns, explain the process, and walk us through the steps quite like he could.
