Sent out a check in a timely manner to be received by the due date to pay premium for liability insurance. We got a past due notice. I called the company to give them the check information that was sent and the rude man said they have not received it therefore he was issuing a cancellation notice. I then called my bank to explain this situation and see what was going on. The check had not been cashed so we stopped payment. She told me if aim receives the check to let them know not to cash it because we would be charged. I called the company back without ever being able to speak to anyone regarding this matter. I went in online to pay the premium so that we would not be cancelled. I finally got to speak to that rude man and he said he could not do anything about it if the check was deposited. What a scam…first he tells me that they did not receive the check but now that I told him we stopped payment and reissued payment online he cannot do anything about this. If they cash this check we will be charged a fee. There has got to be an easier legitimate way for small business owners.

AIM Mutal has done a real good job of handling my worker’s case. Paperwork was handled in an efficient and timely manner. Checks are being sent and received on time….had questions from time to time and Kate Fuller , the agent handling my workers’s case responded promptly with the necessary information. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was it took about 3 weeks before the first check arrived. Outside of that everything was well handled

I'm not one to ever leave 1 star reviews unless its 100% worthy. I run a very small company, less than 5 employees and I've unfortunately used AIM for a couple years. They're always putting us under a microscope to see how much more money they can bill you for through audits. I have never filed a claim for any type of insurance in my life yet the premium goes up every year. Their employees are rude and have some inferiority complex issues in my opinion. I guess they know they didn't about to much other than hassling people for money because I could've maybe potentially had a claim last year... It all comes full circle this company will be out of business or acquired and dissolved soon enough due to horrible leadership and worse employees. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Small businesses beware. This insurance company is the absolute worst. We canceled 4 months ago and they continue to send us bills..each month we call they say they will cancel but never do. BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!
