After our house fire, we were approached by a number of unsavory adjusters in sports cars and flashy suits. I was so turned off to the concept that I almost didn't hire an adjuster. But when our insurance company representative became difficult to deal with, we went looking for someone to help. Young adjustment proved to be careful, systematic, empathetic, and resourceful, taking everything in stride and explaining things to us with great patience. I have never been so happy to write a large check as I was at the end of the whole process. Dealing with the aftermath of a disaster is never fun, but Young helped our family get back to our original financial place quickly and with a minimum of trouble and muddle. I'd give them about six or seven stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and hire them at the beginning of the process, not the middle, as we did.

After a flood at our home, our insurance company refused to acknowledge that our home was uninhabitable. After many tears and frustrating calls that went nowhere, we were put in touch with Rick Reigner from Young Adjustment. Within one day (before a holiday weekend at that!), Rick was able to get us approved for temporary housing and began working with us for claiming our contents. Overall, we never want to experience something like this again, but without Rick's help, I don't know where we would have ended up.

I have worked with Steve and team at Young Adjustments on two occasions now after damage to a building that I own. Steve and team were very professional and fought with the insurance company to get a fair settlement. For my first claim, Steve got me several hundred thousand dollars more than the initial quote by the insurance adjuster.
