This company owns Stronghill Capital in Austin, Texas who contacted me to give me a mortgage on my property in Florida and found an excuse not to do so as they thought it was too small for them. Took away $10000 dollars given in deposit even though the decision was entirely theirs and there was no paperwork pending from the beginning. They already knew the Insurance coverages, Rent Rolls etc. The least a company this size and stature could do is to return the deposit of a small company like mine. Wrote to the ArrowMark Team Mr. Bhonsle, Mr. Corkins and others and Zero Response or resolution. Terrible when small companies get hit by sharks like them. Unfortunate that no one cares to return the money.
