We had a business understanding in that you facilitated for us the rental of a nice property at agreeable rates, for many years, as you made clear at its adjournment. We were hardly thrilled with the quality of any services provided beyond that. The glaring issue that prompted me to write the review in the first part is the fact that after a “good relationship” you decided to go full gangster and retain nearly all of our security deposit - which in nearly 20 years of renting has never happened to us. Nonetheless, your malfeasance in the timeliness of returning our money brought into play a state statute, which we had to cite to ensure you were in accordance with, forcing you to repay the deposit in full.

If a relationship was valued, it wouldn’t have ended with “we almost forgot” or “thanks for nothing”, let alone both. Customer Service? No.

We don't understand this review.
We are an ethical and customer service focused company.
We had a good relationship with you over many years and only had one issue with the timing of a return deposit which was corrected promptly in your favor after your move directly after the error was brought to our attention. I'm not understanding how this makes us corrupt in any way.

I've been renting from Asset Property Management for several years and my experience has been very positive. They've taken care of repairs in a timely manner and respond quickly to emergencies.
They care for the safety and condition of the properties they rent. If your a homeowner or someone just looking to rent I would highly recommend contacting Asset Property Management.

Beware of this company. I contacted them over two calendar days on a property and I have all the emails as evidence. No reply. When they finally replied it was a few hours after I just went ahead and dropped an application. $40 for the application when they’re not even going to run it. It could have been avoided had they just answered my emails and texts and voice mails and phone calls. They’re super poorly managed. It’s impossible to get service here I called for days. If you are thinking about listing your home with them, I don’t recommend it because if they aren’t willing to pick up prospective tenant calls you may end up with a lower rate for your rental. And if you’re a tenant think about how hard it will be to get service if it’s that hard just to apply. Just suggestions.

They will give you a time to tour, never show up, and completely ghost you if the property was taken. They cannot spend 30 seconds to send an email, text, or phone call to say "Sorry, it's no longer available". There is no excuse for that, even for a "small business".

It’s the fourth day since submitting my application & i have yet to speak on the phone with Eric.

I’ve only received emails or text messages telling me he’d call tomorrow. Never happened..

Nonetheless, we were prepared to move to the property immediately but have since found a different property and today signed our lease.
I’ll be requesting my application fee back!

WE HAVE BEEN WITH ASSET PROPERTY FOR OVER 8 YEARS ANDTHEY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE TREATED US VERY WELL. WILL NOT LIVE ANY WHERE ELSE. WE HAVE HAD 3 PLACES WITH THEM. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO FOR US.
