Garret took all the STRESS away from us after Hurricane Hanna caused damage to our house.
Garrett, along with Danny’s crew of workers were honest, transparent & punctual in fixing the damages to our house as promise. They went beyond to make us feel secure in our home. ‘Thank You’ is not enough to say to Garrett and Danny.

I was a bit skeptical about the whole process but Garrett helped us feel very comfortable. He was able to keep us informed whenever we had a question. By making himself available we were able to settle with the insurance company at much higher pay out than trying to do this on our own.

Company was contracted for Hurricane Flood Damage mitigation services after a close relative of company co-owner contacted us to offer the services. Crew was very professional and work was completed on time. Some of the invoiced charges are questionable in my opinion. Owner was quick to assure me that my insurance would pay for the bill during contract signing. My insurance denied the claim. Company owner referred me to a friend of his, a public adjuster in an attempt to make insurance pay. After months of negotiating, the Insurance ended up denying the claim due to a construction defect. When insurance failed to pay I got hit with late fees, collection fees, and accrued interest in the thousands of dollars. I politely asked owner for discount as pandemic limited my income and I would pay cash out of pocket but he denied me any discount. He responded “we don’t loan money for free and we are not your bank”. After months of stress fighting my insurance for payment to this company with no results, I ended up paying out of pocket the original invoice plus some of the fees. To this day I still owe collection fees and accumulating accruing interest.This man’s greed will make money on top of money out of your bad situation. I Would not recommend this company based on my experience with them.

We found that Mr. Prosser is a great asset to have working with you. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Because of him, the insurance company almost doubled their initial offer. You cannot go wrong.

Hurricane Hannah damaged my house, Garrett and Daniel at Hail fire were absolutley amazing. Their workers did a professional job at restoring my house. It looks better than I could ever imagine. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

The 2 owners are very professional and polite. They provided 5 Star customer service and they are experts at what they do. They didn’t bill me upfront and trusted me even though they didn’t know me. They are old school awesome business men. I would use them again. Quality work.

Everything well organized and boxed up.
Glad we had to do the remediation with qualified people who took good care of us. Would recommend again.
