I can't give enough praise of all the support they give and answering all my questions and then some unrelated help with my new mobile phone and it's operation Thanks Jack and Kala in trouble shooting my nightmare App “Drive Safe and Save” and all it's intricate applications. I have all my insurance needs with them and any policy questions, Ava is always quick to respond as well as the whole team. Good job and many kudos. Hello!!!! Here to tell you a “quick” story! I’ve been with Sam Higgins State Farm for over a decade now, that being said, I’ve also attempted to leave Sam Higgins State Farm!!! That’s just being honest! Hear me out!!! I am a pretty savvy insurance shopper. I have attempted, almost annually, to jump ship and find a better rate, better coverage or more convenience. The truth is.. EVERY TIME I’ve “shopped” around for a new insurance company SAM HIGGINS STATE FARM has beaten the competition!!! On all fronts!!! When comparing “apples to apples”, State Farm has always won out!!! It takes hours, if not days, to shop for insurance ( if you are doing it right ). So, the moral of this story is this…. Listen to a complete stranger when I tell you… Sam Higgins State Farm, not only has the best rates, coverage and convenience ( for us ), they also have the friendliest, most helpful, and professional group of people a guy could hope to handle his insurance needs!!! Jack Stevens is very easy to work with. He worked diligently and patiently to set up several policies that would fit our family. He also followed up numerous times as our new policies took effect, ensuring that everything was going as planned.
