*Edit to add - asking clients to waive responsibility for entering data when your only job is to enter data appropriately is not industry standard. Similar to a taxi driver asking you to sign a contract stating that you will not charge him if he injures you while driving to your destination. That is literally his only job....to drive you safely to your destination. You really don't have to take my word for it. I called just two other offices with a much higher number of positive reviews and both offices laughed at the contract they wanted me to sign. It isn't industry standard. I gave them a chance to do right by an office that has been with them for years. They chose not to. I would rather protect other small businesses than let a large office with a ridiculous attorney take advantage of them. Thankfully, gross negligence can't be waived in the state of Colorado with any contract. Please, protect yourself and read everything before you sign it. And, unfortunately, get a good attorney like we did years ago and learn! Good luck!*

Up until the last few months, we have had a positive experience handling our corporate health insurance with Design Health. However, now they are forcing all clients to sign a “hold harmless” agreement that holds them harmless, even if they are negligent in their duties as your broker. Just, no. That shows me that they consistently make mistakes and would prefer not to pay for them. So, we are taking our business elsewhere. We quickly found a broker in Denver (there are several) that don’t require ridiculous, poorly written contracts to be signed in order to do their job. I’m hoping to save your precious time and effort as a business owner. Move on from this listing and call someone else.

I had an absolutely AWESOME experience with Design Health! I had a very difficult time confirming my identity/mailing addresses with the proper health organizations when I applied through the marketplace and with CO Medicaid - Design Health helped me navigate ALL of that! They advocated for me, made calls for me, and sat in on calls with me and Medicaid to help me push for results/help. I can't believe how intense the process to get health insurance was - Design Health was unreeeeal helpful through it all. Highly recommend you give them a call if you are struggling with your insurance process 🙂

Due to a change in employment, I needed to determine the best option for health insurance. Terra Henneberger helped me with the decision to elect the COBRA coverage or if there were other options that would work well for me. Terra was very thorough and so helpful answering my questions. She is a powerhouse of knowledge. She explained the risks, the benefits, pricing, coverage, deductibles. Seriously, I had NO idea even WHAT to ask but to Terra it was second nature.
