We had tornado damage to our roof and water damage to the interior. When we called the insurance company, they told us that the damage was minimal and that the cost to repair it was the same as the deductible so we should just pay for the damage out of pocket, so we did.
A few months later, Clay was passing our home and saw the patched roof and stopped to tell us that our policy states that the home must be repaired to look as though no damage had been done. We agreed to allow him to pursue the claim.
He was like a hound looking for his prey. He was doggedly determined to get our claim paid. He worked harder for our claim than we ever could or would have. Following many failed attempts, after which he never gave up, he got our claim paid above our expectations! He was always courteous and professional and made sure that we knew what each step entailed. The claim came back 11 times what the deductible was. He was a joy to work with and I recommend his services highly!

We called a local roofing company to come out to our home to discuss replacing our roof. The company advised us that you should file a claim against your insurance company to help pay for the cost of a roof. We explain our situation and they recommend us to contact the adjuster Clay Bozeman w/TPAG. Mr. Bozeman was very professional and he explained his job duties and insured us they will continue to fight for us and diligently persue our claim for what we were owed. Three weeks had gone by and we received a call from Mr. Bozeman telling us that the insurance company had settled my claim. We was amazed with the outcome.
