I had Travelers. I see promotions talking about how cheap they are. I went with another company and saved $270.00 PER MONTH over what I had been paying to Travelers. I also verified that the new company would NOT be raising rated 2X per year. I know it is hard to do the search, but it is truly worth it. If the agent/agency needs more income they just help themselves to your bank account.

Terrible claims experience with this company. The adjuster was very pleasant and empathetic towards what I was dealing with. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and how she treated me. Their client hit me in a car accident and they decided I was at fault because my version wasn't the same version he gave them. Then they wouldn't do anything other than cut me a check for my car and take possession of it. Or I could buy it back from them with the money they offered plus another $140 to cover the difference and it would be a salvage title. All because of one tail light assembly and rear quarter panel were damaged by their client. The amount wouldn't even get me a beater to drive. The guy who hit me gets off with no consequences of what he did. If you ever have to deal with this company, don't waste your time. You would be better off just walking away.

I don't like leaving reviews like this but when you do someone wrong and try to hide behind your company's rules, well you deserve to get a bad review. I wish I could have rated it lower than one star.

I would stay away from Travelers . Got notified that insurance coverage will be discontinued after the end of current policy period due to two claims in last three years, out of which for one claim they didn’t even pay anything. On second claim, didn’t even pay full amount to cover the entire damage amount pointing to some clause which is not even documented in the copy of documents shared with me.Neither the adjuster or his manager responding to the email or text messages or phone calls. Always ready to increase premiums, auto deduct the premiums right on the due date but don’t ask for compensation for damages.
And please don’t respond by posting standard reply and phone number to call back. Already done that. Absolutely ridiculous

Agents never answer or return phone calls. Don’t return messages through the app. “Managers” don’t return phone calls. And I never get a straight answer when I actually do talk to an agent. Worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with.
Only reason you get 1 start is because there isn’t an option for zero stars or negative stars.

Worst insurance company i have ever had. After my 6 month I'm out even if I have to pay more somewhere else I'm going. We pay all this money every month and millions of people to get scammed at the end. They never answer or call back like there voicemail says,been assigned to 4 different people never answered. It's just pathetic millions of people have to give away hard earned money away.

Canceled policy due to high cost, still was charged for 6 months of insurance, out $1700 until I can get this figured out. Travelers is blaming insurance brokers. Find insurance elsewhere, there is better and cheaper insurance out there.

Y’all are the sorriest insurance company I have ever had. When something happens to our vehicles you are required to cover it. Instead you write it off as wear and tear to keep from having to pay out especially when the issue isn’t wear and tear. You don’t care about your customers needs only collecting money and ripping off your customers. Terrible service and ridiculously high premiums!

I was involved in a car accident about two weeks ago. The person causing the accident provided me with their insurance (Travelers). So far, this is the worst experience that I have gone through. I called several times, but no one called back.
I finally got a car rental. However, they scheduled it, and I talked to them again. They told me this was an out-of-pocket expense, which was just how it is. They provided me again with the supervisor's phone number, and here we go again, leaving a message, and no calls back...
