My home flooded during Ian and had roof damage. I felt completely fine because I had highly rated private flood insurance. After months and months of living with my ex husband because my home was uninhabitable, I received a very low ball check. I contacted Your Public Adjuster, and the team went straight to work. They recovered enough to rebuild my home and we’re wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend 10/10 this be your goto if you have an insurance dispute.

I had a tree fall on my house and a friend recommended I call Your Public Adjuster. This was my first insurance claim and I was completely out of my element. Neil and John guided me through the entire process. They explained all of the issues with my insurance (the cheapest insurance I could find) and let me know up front this would be an uphill battle but they accepted to take on my claim anyways. They took ownership of the claim, answered all of my questions and maintained constant communication throught the entirety of the claim process. One thing that really struck me was AFTER the insurance disbusrment had been completed. The claim was finished in my opinion - insurance checks were distributed and I had already submitted final payment to Your Public Adjuster. Several weeks go by and I get a phone call from Neil. He said he is still fighting with insurance. The adjusters were not satisfied with my insurance payout due to my crappy policy. It turns out, the adjusters were still going to bat for me in the background. So much so, that Neil called me to say that insurance is looking to settle this dispute. They didnt want to deal with the adjuster any longer and instead were willing to provide NEW cash in exchange for closing this claim and leaving them alone. Your Public Adjuster really care about making things right for their customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When my insurance company failed to pay my claim and my request for a review went nowhere I called David with Your Public Adjuster for help. He worked with my insurance company and got my claim reviewed and paid. They covered everything after David got involved. Inside and out. I would highly recommend using Your Public Adjuster and ask for David.

This company is amazing. In September, my house flooded due to Ian. My insurance gave me the runaround for three months and then decided to deny my claim, all the while my house was full of mold and needed to be worked on. I hired Your Public Adjuster and worked with David. David was amazing and great at communicating. David and their whole team worked round the clock to help me get the money to fix my house. It took months to get my money which my insurance company’s fault 100%. They kept trying not to pay out but Your Public Adjuster made sure they fought hard for me. I honestly can’t say enough kind words. They were very understanding and it was wonderful to work with them. You guys rock!

David and his team were very professional and handled my situation with urgency! They even recommended a lawyer to take
on my case. And when that lawyer declined my case he referred me to another. He and his team were amazing when it came to communication , returning calls and updates. My home flooded in Hurricane Ian. I felt unable to handle the claim and restoration while working full time. Knowing that it would cost me 10% of the claim payout I decided to proceed with a Public Adjuster to handle the claim and went with this firm. I signed with David. First round settlement came in January 2023 and the firm was paid their 10% at that time and the remainder just came to me yesterday and they were paid immediately. So the firm did accomplish getting the claim settled. During the process I found that David was not a good communicator, he was combative on more than one occasion and had a tendency to talk down to me. For this reason I do not recommend working with him.

In the Fall of 2022, Hurricane Ian left us with some significant damage to our Florida home. Shortly after we filed a claim, our insurance carrier declared insolvency.
