We had considerable damage to our home in Naples from Hurricane Irma. Being in the Insurance industry myself I felt comfortable enough handling the claim myself. I had no idea what i was getting into. I work for a very reputable insurance company, although they do not cover homes in my area so I had my home insured with a different company. My expectation was that my insurance company would deal with me faithfully and legally...boy was I in for a surprise. Gary's years of experience in the insurance industry ,considerable construction knowledge and public adjuster experience were invaluable. Within 3 months we had the settlement we were looking for to cover our claim and pay our contractor for the considerable repairs to our home. Gary, thank you for your professionalism, organization, attention to detail, efficiency and most of all the patience you took with us in a most difficult and trying time. Gary Ahrens of AA Florida Public Adjusting Agency is a gem. For over seven months our insurance company repeatedly postponed and denied a large portion of the claims for repairs to our condo after a water leak. It was a highly stressful situation.

Gary had a clear understanding of our problem, meticulously evaluated what needed to be done in terms of repairs, and carefully assessed what should be covered under the terms of our insurance policy. His written and verbal communication skills are excellent and his services are well worth the fee.
