Went in for a bouquet for an Art teacher and asked to make it colorful for her and they delivered for sure. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a last minute purchase and was done ready and boxed in less then 10 minutes when I showed up. Highly recommend and will only be buying flowers from then in the future.

I was in Colorado and I ordered same day delivery for my aunt's birthday totally forgetting about the time difference. My aunt received the flowers in a flash...it must''ve been an hour and half when I got her phone call that she got them and how beautiful they were! I ordered the small birthday cake flowers and she said everyone in the office loved them and I was home a week later and the flowers were still perfect! I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews on google. My aunt also said the delivery man sang as he gave her the "cake". My aunt who also runs a business said that she would use this florist again b/c she was so impressed, and I was really happy! It was a nice surprise for her, fast and friendly delivery. and the flowers were gorgeous and had some life to them! Thank you!! ~stacy

Wow, wow, wow.
I used to order flowers from here many years ago, but they are getting worst than ever. I paid $67 for small bouquet while customer next to me paid $65 for flowers in a vase. You can get much nicer flowers for that price and flowers are much fresher. I will never ever again come to this place. I don’t mind to spend money on beautiful flowers , but not for small bouquet and half dead flowers. It’s a disgrace.

No, I didn’t get the wrong shop. I used to shop here often for past 10 years and since about 4 years ago this business is not what it used to be . Just check flowers you have in your store today on February 11th,2022

I ordered a “large dish garden plant with fresh cut flowers” to be delivered to a local funeral home. I received a picture of the plant upon delivery (nice touch) but it was missing the fresh cut flowers and the ribbon and the peace lillies. To be honest, it does not resemble what I ordered and paid for. I called to report the error and was told I had two options. 1. They could pick up the plant from the funeral home (after the service) and put the flowers in for local delivery only or 2) receive a credit for the cost of the missing flowers. I chose the latter since it would seem tacky to take a plant from the service esp if a family member wanted it. The credit has yet to be issued as nothing is pending on my acct. Happy to update this review if there is an acceptable resolution.

Update: 10 days after calling and another 5 days after posting this review, a partial credit (20% of what I paid) was received on my credit card.

Ordered a floral birthday cake for my aunt's birthday, and she was simply thrilled! So cute, it even came with a little cake stand and candles. Thank you for making her special day that much more happy! Highly recommend.

I went to buy a bouquet and some vases for a wedding. The flowers were beautiful, and even after five days, they still looked amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, assisting me in selecting flowers that would complement the event. I will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Absolutely horrible experience. My wife and I attempted to have flowers delivered to my mother, as this would be the first Mother's Day since the passing of my father. The delivery was initially supposed to be either the Saturday directly before Mother's Day or on the holiday itself, however the evening before the status on the delivery said "Delivery Attempted", but a reattempt would be performed the next day. No one reached out to confirm if there was a change in address (although there was not).

That following Sunday (Mother's Day) to play it safe we contacted 1800Flowers customer support around 1pm (as all our other delivers were completed by that time) and the customer support staff stated that they would reach out to the florist. They also said that the florist said there was a delivery attempt and that the provided address was "incorrect". We explained that not only was the address entered correctly, but that we have sent several delivers to this address before from 1800Flowers without incident. This address has been in existence for over 30 years so that should not have been an issue. We were then informed that we had until 8:00pm for delivery.

Unfortunately, the timeline of 8:00pm came and went without any update/notification from the florist. We once again reached out to 1800Flowers customer service who stated that they were unable to provide an explanation for why the florist did not deliver and offered their apologies and issued a refund. While the customer service from 1800Flowers main support was great, the fraudulent attempt at explaining a faux delivery from the florist was horrible. I would never recommend using them as they clearly do not take their dedication to their customers seriously. Also, while we understand there has been an "extraordinary amount of Mother's Day orders", this order was placed 3-4 weeks ago so there was more than enough time to have it prepared.
