Worst customer service I have had in a while. My family has always gone to them for insurance but today I went in and got turned away after telling them I had a policy there and needed to update information. The girls were extremely rude and told me it wasn’t their problem that I needed to call the progressive number. I called the number given to me in my policy number for help and it was their office. After I went back inside they began to talk in spanish saying why was I here again and that I didn’t have a policy then after someone finally helped me I left cause they just handed me back my ID and then turned away without even saying anything. You know it’s bad when you’re the one saying thank you and please and they’re just ignoring you.

I went in looking for an insurance quote hoping to lower down my payment from another company. The receptionist on the left desk was beyond rude. Yelled at me saying they don’t change quotes for other company’s. I know you can change other quotes? I was just hoping to lower down my payment in general. Made me feel inferior by saying “I need to know my information when shopping for car insurance” when asking me about the deductibles! Super disappointed with their service. Then at the end she gave me the highest quote possible. That’s because it was recommend by other people. Go anywhere else but there!

Actions or agreements made over the phone with Progressive reps don't transpire at this agent's office. The woman at the front desk was much less help when she turned me away without direction. Good insurance. Poor service.
