I wasn’t sure about using a public adjuster because we never really had to file a claim before.
After talking with Bob the owner, we felt very comfortable and confident with hiring them.
Bob and Sean kept us informed throughout the entire process and were very sympathetic to our situation. Having All Risk on our side was an absolute blessing! My insurance company was trying to short change us in the settlement proceeds. Without All Risk we would have been left to come out of our own pockets (which we simply just could NOT do).

Bob helped my family out quickly. He was very professional. He answered all of our questions, and got back to us in a timely matter. When my own insurance company was giving us one run around after another due to Covid, and rioting in the city I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with them. They kept telling me they had a restoration company enroute. At least four days passed and still know one showed. I was highly recommended from over 18 friends who said to call Bob. I'm glad I did. He had a restoration company come out immediately, and no cost out of my pocket. I was very happy in what we received in our claim to repair the damages to our roof, bedrooms, and floors. Sean the adjuster who dealt with our insurance company for the damages and personal effects was also very kind, and professional. He made a stressful situation for my family of 6 much better.

I just wanna say All Risk staff with their business is professional and courteous. I had an issue with my insurance not wanting to pay me nothing for the damages to my property. Of course I contacted All Risk and Bob was an absolute help with everything. My inspector Sean was also great. Bob explained everything to me and how things would work. All Risk was available anytime of the day when I needed to ask questions or needed any questions answered. At the end of everything I came out receiving a good amount of money as they settled with no problem. I’ll surely recommend this company to anyone that may need.

Never, never get All Risk Bob himself was very helpful, but they never sat down or explain what is and will happen we lost everything in a fire back in January 2022 they have our money and now refuse to talk with us and we are left wondering what is and will happen with us. All and any reassuring we ever got was "trust us we got you" all lip service very disappointed we actually would have had better service without the middle man who is All Risk so sad. How they take advantage of people who are in a crisis.

I spoke to the Owner, Bob and he took time out of his busy schedule to answer a hypothetical question for me. I'm having a new washer and dryer installed in my Philadelphia row home.

I found out today from a Licensing and Inspection Inspector that a Washing Machine Drain Pan (protects the floor in case of washing machine leaks) is not needed for a single family home. It is needed for a multifamily dwelling however and that makes sense.

My question to Bob was if for some crazy reason my 2019 LG Washer started leaking and my insurance adjuster decided that it wouldn't be covered (and Bob didn't see why it wouldn't be covered), would he be able to help me. And the answer was yes.

Bob took his valuable time and listened to my senerio. I look forward to using his service if and when needed and I plan to tell others about this Good Guy. I believe he's an Honest Adjuster. Thanks Bob. - Gina
