I had a garage fire and lost a 50 year collection of all my
Tool and Die Makers tools, mechanics and garage tools,
hand tools, and power and air tools. All destroyed in 1 hr.
My 24'X40'X18' high building was toast. Total of 5 years to build.
Heart-breaker was the items from my parents home I kept
like my fathers table saw. I didn't know what to do.
I am 71, and did not think I had another recovery in me.

Turner Adjusting came in, and item by item, over an entire week,
we dug into everything to clearly identify each item,
identified everything on a spreadsheet, with a Link to click on,
for the picture of each item. Their team was fantastic!

I want to again thank everyone, and all the behind the scene people too, for a job very well done. Kudos to all of you.
Their results were above my expectations; and I would not
hesitate to recommend them, (hope you never have the need.)

I have not met Dayne Giannini, in person. He was adjuster after fire in my home. Anyone who’s experience this before. Words can’t explain the horrific feelings of aftermath. The pain is still on my face. This man, I promise is the only and I mean only one besides family. Who had put me at ease. I will genuinely always appreciate this. My family and I had a house fire in July 2024 and it was devastating. Tyler, Adam, and Ryan were recommended by a close friend and were a blessing, to say the least. They were extremely responsive, punctual, and detailed when it came to our claim and handled the entire process for us! We received coverage for all damages PLUS some. Tyler and his team were incredibly helpful. After my house burned down, I was in great need of guidance. I didn’t know where to turn or who to trust. Tyler and his team made me feel at ease. They handled almost everything for me. I was able to focus on my job while they took care of all the confusing and overwhelming business that had to do with my house. I contacted Turner Adjusting 10 months ago when a sinkhole collapsed the front steps of our 6-unit apartment building causing it to be condemned and vacated immediately. Tyler and Kirk were fundamental in filing a claim and assisting through the entire process of getting engineer reports to working with the insurance company.

Thankfully, after these long 10 months we have finally wrapped up construction and have the building fully rented and operational again.

I am 100% certain that we would have had to come out of pocket if had it not been for this company due to our lack of knowledge dealing with insurance claims and the city. Would, and have, recommend this company to anyone.

I have rental properties in Easton. One of them had a fire and I had to go through the insurance process. I had heard of public adjusters but always thought it was some sort of scam and was told by my insurance agent they can't be trusted and to not talk to them. A friend strongly recommend I talk to Tyler at turner adjusting. It was the best decision I made. He was very upfront about the entire process. Gave me great advice even before I signed up with him. Turner adjusting took care of everything. I was able to work on my other properties while they handled my claim. I got the max payout possible where I would have maybe got a third of that if I went through my insurance agent. Tyler went above and beyond and I will forever call him if/when another incident happens.
