I would like to take the time to share my appreciation for James Pissott and Andrew K Knox and Company for helping my family through a frustrating time in our home. My wife and I had just finished updating our kitchen ( floor, appliances, paint and cabinet resurfacing) when we discovered a leak in our kitchen wall behind the counter. Apparently, the drain pipe behind the wall had about an 1/8th inch hole in it and had been leaking for some time. I called Jim and je was there within a few hours. Upon assessing everything, he had the remediation team scheduled and calls we being made to my insurance company on my behalf. We didnt have to do anything. Highly recommended Andrew K Knox if you’re in need of an Adjuster. Sure hope you never do!! Had a house fire Mar 21,2023. All was lost, only had the clothes on my back and a 17 yr old dog. Jim assisted with housing to start even for the hotel. Not too many people want an animal in their homes. He was always on call if I needed any questions or concerns. The company handled housing, all paperwork with the insurance company and the inspector going over everything in the home. Jim went above and beyond for my concerns. And the staff is Great also. My life completely changed on July 15 after a 🔥 at my apartment complex leaving me and my dog displaced.

From the very first phone call with my insurance company, I knew this was going to be an awful fight to receive money that was owed to me for my personal property and altered living expenses. My claims agent was rude and basically making me do all the work for her.

Jim is insanely detail oriented, listens to his client(s), is always available via text, email or phone and will walk you through the entire process so you understand exactly what is going on with your claim. The best decision I made for me and my pup was to go with him.

I’ve said it since day one…signing with him was worth every damn penny and he has more than earned his 10% on this claim because it was a mess! At the end of day he had to deal with 4 different claims agents since we started.

I also wanted to acknowledge the staff especially Maria who has the patience of a saint lol She helped me go through pieces of my inventory, she’s very professional and reassuring. Andrew K Knox is a fantastic team and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.
