We were provided with the most exceptional service by the Weaver Group after being hit by Hurricane Ian. After being hit by Hurricane Ian, our home was flooded as well as had significant damage from wind. We had both flood and wind insurance, but wind did not pay as well as it should have. After quite a delay of payment we called Andrew (he had visited us immediately after the hurricane as we were trying to clean up and left his card and brochure of their services). He was truly a great help in getting the insurance company to send out the check for the original amount and then sent them a new claim for things they missed, which they paid as well. We are so happy we chose The Weaver adjustment group. Andrew was always available to take my calls and to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend them if you are having a hard time with getting your insurance company to pay fairly or in a timely manor.

My parents’ house was damaged by a fire, back in Nov2021. Weaver Adjustment Group was very responsive, professional, and efficient. Rebekah Fox was amazing and approachable. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. Rebekah and the Weaver Adjustment team were able to help us receive an additional 30-40% off the initial insurance quote. To say that Weaver Adjustment went “above and beyond” feels too generic for this company. From the moment I had decided to have Weaver Adjustment handle my insurance claim, I was taken care of far beyond anything I could have done for myself or my insurance company would have done for me. Rebekah Fox and Andrew Weaver worked tirelessly to represent me and ensure that everything damaged in my house fire was covered. Not just the big repairs, but the small things that I didn’t think much of at first, but it adds up quickly to replace your items no matter how small. Throughout this process, I was under high levels of stress and feeling overwhelmed in life; but I didn’t have to worry about my insurance claim. Rebekah would call, ask questions, and give updates about how things were progressing between Weaver Adjustment and my insurance company. But I was never bogged down with calls and emails about little details, they knew what I needed better than I myself knew.
