We worked with Tim to get a life insurance policy in place for both myself and my wife. Tim was very informative throughout the process. We even had to change gears and switch providers half-way through the process when he found a different carrier would be a better fit for us. He got us a great deal with minimum stress. He's also been very responsive whenever we have questions about our policy, as well as when we need to make changes to our profile (such as an address change).

Not impressed at all. I was put in contact with Tim Fuller in order to place a small term policy to mitigate some short term risk needs. I got the feeling throughout the whole process that I was not important to Tim since I was only placing a small term policy. Tim did not explain products, concepts, or ask meaningful questions. I was curious if he would make any mention to conversion options since that is my plan in a few years, but no, he made no effort to explain anything. I found that I had to follow up with him on several occasions just to get a simple question answered. I had my own issues which delayed the placing of the policy, but Tim did not take that into consideration until the policy was already placed. Maybe a week after I sent in the first quarterly premium, Tim E-mails me saying that my policy is going to lapse if I don't send in another payment immediately. This is because he backdated my policy and didn't mention anything to me until after the policy was issued. So my first premium payment was basically thrown away because of his lack of attention to detail.

I received an unfavorable underwriting offer from my preferred carrier but instead of helping me shop around other carriers, I had to do the research and send Tim my recommendations for different carriers. Tim's response to this was that "one carrier is leaving the market, and the other is more expensive". No other suggestions, information, advice, nothing...and he ended the E-mail with, "If you decide to stay with your current carrier, let me know. Otherwise I won't be able to help you any further".

What a joke. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful, and very rude at the end. I responded to his last E-mail saying that I am not staying with my carrier and I am going elsewhere for help since he "won't be able to help me any further"....and his response to that....."take care". I will never refer business to Tim or SRS.
