While the work at Higgins seems to be sufficient, the quoting is vastly inaccurate, resulting in multiples of the initial quote to complete work started. I'd recommend doing research on industry peers, and locking a quote versus an "estimate." The final bill was four times the amount versus initial estimate. Each bill came over the "latest quote" by several thousand. I would not recommend Higgins to anyone who has to pay for their services personally. Be careful! Once you start with them, it is too much of a sunk cost to change.

*the lack of professionalism and accountability shown by the owner's response below shows exactly how you will be treated. I fully disagree with the transparency around pricing and "being informed every step of the way". As mentioned above, every single quote, far beyond the first, was greatly surpassed. It should also be mentioned you will be liable for collection costs as well, so of course all bills have been paid to date, though I greatly disagree with the extorted pricing.
