We were connected to Jacob via a referral from a past customer. We interviewed 3 different adjusters. He impressed us from the get go. The only way to vet an adjuster is "by trusting your gut" Well our gut said Jacob is reliable trustworthy and hard working and it was right!

Jacob led a very challenging and complicated claim process. We had 3 active claims running with Progressive. The first settlement they offer was laughable. The adjuster was extremely slow to respond and the claim dragged on for over 7 months!!!!!!

Thank God for Jacobs follow up and tenacity. He kept us up to date on the process and was always timely and clear with follow up. Due to his efforr chasing down Progressive employees and fighting for a fair settlement. We received significantly more than our original settlement offer. I feel confident that I have the funds I need to restore my kitchen and bathroom. I hope I never have to hire him again but if you need an adjuster he's incredible.

Jacob is Very professional, very detailed, & always answers the phone. He's fair in his evaluations, and he fights for his clients. When you're in duress, and you have a flood, It's nice to have someone that makes it easy on you. We avoided court as the insurance companies are very difficult now. I highly recommend him.

Jacob was amazing. He was very responsive, respectful and honest throughout the process. He is super knowledgeable. It took some time to get the insurance to cover the damages, but honestly I don’t think we could have gotten the insurance to cover our roof replacement if it wasn’t for him.
The waiting was worth it. We are truly grateful to Jacob for fighting for us.
