She’s incredibly patient and always available to answer my questions, no matter what. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and I’m so grateful to have found this one. Switched from American Family Insurance a few years because their premiums got too high. I've been incredibly satisfied with their product offerings, their premium charges, and especially their level of service. Lori is there anytime I have a question or a issue I need help resolving, and if she's not available, any of the other team members (particularly Paula) are ready, willing and able to assist. American Family recently contacted me asking if I was interesting in switching back (they'd lowered some of their premiums). I told them no- while I was also happy with the service AmFam provided, Allstate has the total package and I could not be more pleased with them. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking to switch insurance companies.

I’ve always had great service at this Allstate agency, until the other day when Paula answered the phone.
I called because my payment had gone up and I didn’t understand why. She was so unhelpful and condescending. Paula accused me three times, of being aggressive. I was certainly upset, but not aggressive.
I understand that office is probably fielding calls from upset people all day, and it has to get old, but honestly, the way she talked to me was shocking.
I own a commercial HVAC company and have a master’s in business management. I’m not someone just looking for a fight or something to complain about. This was a truly disconcerting conversation, in an instance where I was already upset.

Worst insurance office out there. The staff constantly makes mistakes and misinforms customers, yet there is no ownership or accountability by this office. I was supposed to be receiving a discount for about a year, but because they “accidentally” deleted the email I sent with the information they requested, I was basically robbed of these savings and received an apology along with three $10 gift cards. Meanwhile, the ONLY time I spoke with Jennifer Feld was when she was acquiring me as a customer eight years ago. The issue mentioned above was just one of the issues that I had with this insurance office. It’s very sad that Jennifer can’t even reach out to try and make things right, when it’s her staff making the mistakes and creating bad experiences for her customers. I’ve since stopped doing business with this place and advise everyone I know to stay as far away as possible!!

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Whitney Nichols has been serving as my Allstate agent for most of this year. I could not ask for a better agent. She is personable, polite, proactive and extremely professional. She provides me with options and is excellent at explaining the advantages and costs of each option. She finds me the best deals and allows me to make the decisions, then takes care of all the mechanics so I don’t have to. She is a true asset to Allstate.
