I worked with Sal, this was a few months back when he was just getting started. He was great, quoted multiple properties, always got them back to me quick to keep the processes moving. I was able to get a great deal on house insurance, and they even worked with the mortgage company to ensure the coverage was adequate. Sal has taken great care of me sense, checking from time to time to ensure that things are great with my home. It's nice to know you always have someone to call when you have an issue, and they will pick up! Great service and team, I would recommend to anyone.

Matt and his team were incredible to work with. They were honest and transparent. My auto with them was a little bit higher than I was currently paying, but they saved me quite a bit of money on my home. They explained all of my coverages thoroughly and made sure to answer any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend!!

I chose to go with Farmers because I was quoted a good price that was lower than my previous insurance. I made it very clear from the initial phone call and discussion that I did not want to install their tracker/ safe driving app due to privacy reasons. I was told that the quote that I was provided was the price without that app’s discount included. A couple of months later my bill went up about $75. I had to call multiple times to get a hold of anybody and when I did get a hold of somebody I told them again I did not want to install the app for privacy reasons. The woman I spoke to seemed understanding and said that she would see if she can get the price back to where it was. She then called me back and proceeded to tell me that in order to get the price back to where it was I needed to install the app. This is despite the fact that I was told that the original quote did not have the app discount factored in. Naturally, I canceled the insurance because it was more expensive than what I’d been previously paying with a different insurance company. After canceling, they sent me a bill for $65, despite the fact that I paid in full for the month. This company is beyond frustrating and I feel continually lied to. It seems like they will say whatever you want to hear to get you to get a policy, and then nickle and dime you for all they can before you get fed up and cancel.

By far the worst insurance agency I've ever had to deal with. Nothing but lies, extra fees added and my monthly bill was never the same. I signed the documents stating that my monthly bill would be one price every month just to have them draw out more then a 100 dollars more every month without explanation. When I called Matthew he put blame on the previous onwer and never offered a solution. They got me for over 600 bucks before I just canceled. I was receiving subpar insurance at a very high premium. I high do no recommend this outfit.

Salvador Ulloa was awesome he was very informative and patient. He made sure to only give us what we needed. He did not try to pad numbers. I would suggest him to everyone. The prices of Farmers are a ton cheaper than any northern agency I tried.
