Had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this agency. They don't respond in a timely manner once they have your money, then they do not advocate for their customer in a fraudulent inspection. The third party inspection company lied about several things on my property and this agency did nothing to keep the business. They even questioned why I would cancel...seriously? Dishonest companies will never keep my business. They couldn't figure out how to do the cancellation (so it seemed) and insisted I sign something that Allstate themselves says I don't need to sign. I had to go to Allstate directly to cancel.
Deanne was nice until I wanted to cancel, then she was rude and hung up on me. Dishonesty and incompetence.
Response from owner is ridiculous, he refused to talk to me on the phone and continues to try to be deceptive. Absolute garbage company. Read other reviews.

Received a unsolicited quote from this agency office as well as another Allstate Agent office. Same under writer and 2 different quotes received. I have sent an email to both agents and have not received a call back from either with a follow up. Seems like a game of smoke and mirrors. Im open to discussion if you really want to earn my business.

Donny Saunders has been my agent for the past several years now, and I zero intention of leaving any time soon. Donny and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and caring.
