I was using Tom for a couple years but changed to a SF agent that was much closer to my house. After some time I realized not all SF agents are the same so I switched back to Tom , he does a great job.

Tom Calvin and Nicole Farley are extremely unprofessional and don't provide the requested coverage they do what they want and are all about the money and screw their customers over. I went through my old insurance agent and got the coverage requested at a lower rate and better customer service and don't have any further issues. Tom Calvin and Nicole Farley requested that I put liability only on my truck and wouldn't give collision and uninsured on the policy and I rolled my truck and they aren't gonna pay for it because they gave they coverage they wanted to provide NOT what I requested, on top of that they told me that commercial insurance was gonna be north of 400 a month for my truck but I'm getting it for 50 dollars a month through Denise Elliots office in Durango. DO NOT USE THEM they refuse to transfer my policy as well and are all about the money. Getting them to answer the phone is near impossible after you request to be transferred and now headquarters is transferring my policy because Tom Calvin's staff refuses to do the requested transfer.

GREAT STAFF AND GREAT SERVICE. WE HAVE BEEN USING TOM CALVIN'S OFFICE FOR OUR 3 CARS AND HOME FOR YEARS. NIKKI IS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. ANY TIME WE HAVE MADE A CLAIM IT HAS BEEN HANDLED PROPMTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
