My Insurance company, left the state of Florida after Ion, with little or no respect for my home being damaged by the hurricane. Because I had to find a new insurance company, I needed a 4 pT and wind med, and was put on forced place insurance because it didn’t pass. I hired Jordi Gomez to follow up and he filed a claim on my behalf withFIGA. If you need someone that keeps you in check because of this kind of stress, Jordi is your Man!! Primo Adjusting Services My Experience With Them Was So Awsome Particularly With Jordi Gomez, He Has An Outstanding Personality And Was Very Profesional When He Came To Us After Hurricane Ian. He Was Polite And Understanding With Our Situation He Took The Time To Sit With My Family And I And Mad Us Feel Secure That Everything Would Be Alright. Which In The End Was Great, He Was A Able To Reasure Us That All The Damages We Sustained Were Going To Be Restored To The Way They Were Before The Storm. In The Process Of The Evaluation Procedure Jordi Gomez And His Team Made Sure We Had Everything We Needed From The Tarping Of Our Roof That Was Damaged By The Storm To The Interior Structure Of Our Foundation Where Water Had Seaped Through From The Out Side. He Made Sure That Everything Was Secure And All The Damages Were Recorded In Our Claim. In The End Of It All Jordi Gomez And His Team For Filled All That They Said They Would And Went Above And Beyond Our Expectations. We Are Very Happy And Extremely Grateful For All Primo Adjusting Services Has Done For Us. I Highly Recommend Jordi Gomez And His Team At Primo Adjusting Services To Anyone Who Has Sustained Any Kind Of Damages To There Home They Are Truly One Of The Best Adjusters I've Ever Worked With. I can't say enough good things about Primo Adjusting Services. José is so professional and hard working gentleman. He filed my claim and got me a new roof, but his level of professionalism and honesty is what really impressed me to the max. I have friends that are with other adjustors and it's been over a year and are still waiting. I had my claim resolved at a reasonable time. I was so impressed. All public adjustors are not the same!!!!!!. I have recommended Jose to a couple of neighbors and things are going well. You will be extremely happy with his services. Jose does outstanding work. He follows up and follows through, kept me informed the entire time. My insurance was difficult to work with initially. The entire time he was professional, answered all questions the insurance company had, and was able to get what was needed to cover all the damage sustained during Hurricane Irma. Most importantly he was available whenever I needed to speak to him. He always returned my calls within 24 hours.
I have recommended his service to several friends as well as family. They are equally satisfied. He is honest and forthright. I will call him if I ever need a public adjuster again, without hesitation. You will agree with me, if you are ever in need of a public adjuster and decide to use his service.

Highly recommend Primo Adjusting Services! Can’t thank you enough Jose, Rita and company. Just turned down a couple of adjusters before you guys came. It was easy to come across with people on this field who can impress you with words. And was so grateful I gave you the chance to say what you had to offer.

Jose was very professional in helping my dad get his roof done. He had a lot of problems and technical difficulties but he helped him throughout the whole process. People should 100% get Jose to help them with the adjustments.
