This association is such a blessing. Nancy has been more helpful than I could have ever imagined. She answered all of my questions and helped me with a difficult situation I was dealing with involving a public adjuster. I truly believe I would still be in a difficult & hopeless situation had this organization not been around to help. I will never be able to express how much I appreciate her and the board helping me. I called the association requesting a form for use with my public adjuster. The managing director, Nancy, spent 42 minutes on the phone together explaining details of my claim (as a homeowner) no one else took the time to help with. My hope is that more consumers / property owners and public adjusting professionals (and state legislators) recognize how thorough Nancy and FAPIA are as a consumer / property owner advocate when a tough situation involving claims and large monetary sums are involved.
