Dallas at SF and I worked on quotes for home, auto and umbrella insurance together over the course of about two weeks as I navigated the change from a provider leaving the state to what I hope is a perennial performer, State Farm. Dallas was patient and always punctual to our meetings or replies to email. Dallas was informed of the varying policy coverage options, explained the pros and cons of SF's offerings and helped me craft sufficient coverage at a reasonable price. I know the premium prices are reasonable as I priced 7 different companies. I’m pleasantly surprised by the level of service I have received from Ben Rollings!
He and I chatted a few times about what type of insurance coverage would be best for my lifestyle and when would be a good time to switch over from my current policy with USAA, whom I’ve been with for 13 years

Secretly I think, with my busy schedule I wanted time to shop around… make sure I wanted to make the change over and compare prices…

I have had State Farm insurance before with a different agent and have to say that Kelly and his team are the BEST. I had a homeowners claim last year and Kelly and his staff helped educate me and also assisted when I had difficulty getting in touch with the insurance adjuster. Paige is so wonderful! I'm not sure how Kelly got my number. They haven't made one mistake ever since. Just kidding, but really, they don't seem to make any mistakes, and I'm grateful they found me. I also just got a homeowners insurance policy, and the service is perfect. My auto insurance dropped a lot per month since then too. Good help is tough to find.
