I am over the moon happy with the level of service Jodi provided, her in depth knowledge of all policy options and her willingness to look for savings and other products to best protect my assets. She was super responsive and patient in answering all my concerns.
This was a tough decision as I had been with my current agent (and friend) for two decades so there were some personal feelings there but after taking many recent year over year increases with Travelers—my policies were getting to be too pricey without having to sacrifice a higher deductible. Jodi kept my deductible low and saved me close to $1500 on my homeowners alone with an actually better policy. In this economy—that is a very big deal!!

I’ve been with State Farm for 17 years (since I started driving at 16) & with Jack V Downing for over a year now. Moving from another state, the insurance requirements were different & I’ve never quite understood a lot of insurance terms. I never talked to or met my old agent, & when it came to questions they only gave short answers. First time calling Jack’s office, I was surprised to talk to Jack himself. He was so nice & patient with me; happy to explain all the requirements for Colorado, & in detail. Any time I’ve called or emailed, either Jack or Jodi are quick to respond. Jodi even took the time to break down my insurance to see where I can be saving money. Jack & Jodi are what we all hope for when it comes to customer service, & truly do all they can to make sure you have the right coverage and find you the best rates.

I am so blessed for Jodi!! I've been with State Farm for years. The premium rates shot up. I researched other insurance companies and find State Farm with Jack Downing Agency stands exceptionally above average. After seeing the "outside" of State Farm made me aware how sturdy and amazing customer services ... I'm STAYING with Jack Downing State Farm Agency. He has awesome people on board, Jodi and Jennifer. I don't know if either Jack or I want to admit to how long we've been connected (30+ years?) He's helped me with insurance from being a fresh-out-of-college kid through owning a house, having kids, starting a business and everything in between. Their rates are fair (we look around periodically.) But, I've never had an issue that the he and Jodi haven't handled quickly and completely solved and that's where the real value rests. It has been great working with Jack and Jodi.
