It was the luck of the draw we found Natalie. She came to our house a couple of years before we retired took the time to explain our options. There was little prospect of us purchasing any product that day. When we retired I had tucked her card away and gave her a call. The bad news is she had moved to Colorado quite a distance from our Kansas City metro location. However she was able to help us I am not sure how licensing works but she was able to do business still in Missouri. With her expertise we spend about an hour each fall renewing our options and benefits for the upcoming year. She mails documents when necessary and we e sign as needed. It is a pleasure working with her she has helped a member of our family too with some short term Medicaid needs. We have been blessed with Natalie.
