I have to send a huge shout out to the security guards that work on 84th and Pecos King Soopers Antonio is absolutely phenomenal not only does he protect the employees but he's also there at the front door asking receipts when needed or directed by management for the cashiers also Ethan and Matt both work at the store too and both of them are outstanding as well. They stand up front and they do their job and so professional. They just do a great job so I just want to send out a Kudos to these gentlemen that works here and please don't take them from the store they're absolutely amazing! Antonio, Ethan and Matt are definitely an asset to your company!

I work in the security industry as well. I find it hilarious that they stopped someone that they watched scan every item and even double-checking. As they review my order someone forces open the entrance gate at a local grocery store chain, setting off the alarm, and walks right out with whatever he had in his hands. Three guards and no one attempted to stop him. The guards I encountered today need to be severely retrained. This is not the first time I have run into a guard at this location that is nothing but pompous, arrogant, and the complete opposite of what a security guard should be.

I just had a run in with a security gaurd from this company and my day went from grabbing groceries to being afraid and crying. My run in with this gaurd started with him following me and staring at me without saying anything to the point where it felt inappropriate. It made me so uncomfortable I stopped and turned around and looked back at him. He paused for a moment then he told me I couldn't have my scooter (which my doctor has written me a letter stating that it used as a mobility device) in the store. I very calmly tried explaining I was a regular at that store and had been walking my scooter along side me for more than a year. That's when he went for 0 to 100 in the blink of an eye and started getting alarmingly angry and aggressive. It was terrifying to see somebody armed and in uniform blow up like that especially in response to somebody calmly trying to talk to them. Even when I was waiting outside of the store for somebody else to grab my groceries (which he knew was what I was doing) he wouldn't stop trying to intimidate me. At that point I was crying and he just stood next to the doorway smoking his vape, grinning, playing with his duty belt, and staring at me more like a creep. I am not an easy person to make cry, but this encounter did bring me to tears. I actually spent 5 years working in armed security myself before moving to another profession and am shocked that this company hired somebody so power hungry and unstable. Security gaurds are supposed to de-escalate things, but that gaurd did everything he could introduce aggression to a calm situation and then continued to escalate thing as far as he felt he could get away with. Honestly in my opinion the guy seems like he gets off in one way or another to being aggressive to women and just works security so he can get away with it. Since this is the kind of people they hire you and your customers will be less safe with them in your store, you should expect bad reviews, and a loss in sales.

Ive had very bad encounter with your security guard where i was accused of someone and once they realize i wasnt that person the gaurd decided he would argue with me to check out ,the one gaurd came to me and apologize the following week im in store as i am every friday with my daughter and grand kids we at check out where they decide to get in my face to tell me they wasnt cool with me which though in to a frenzy one of the cashier ask what going. On monday i go. To the store to speak with there supervisor and was told they reviewed the film and pretty Much I started a situation. It took all i had to find out the name of the company and they tell that are verbal trespassing me. Not done with it I did talk with there so supervisor that friday after leaving the store but after talking to couple other cashierr they heard about how. They treat black ppl that come in the store. I feel racially targeted I got No Im sorry for what happened and got King sooper manager on there side im already feeling like as much as im in this store for 5yr + to be treated like a crimal and not get a fair out come ,after the first incident they shouldn't never bother me period you only security and CAN Tdo anything

Best gun saftey fundamentals and educational training I’ve ever been through. They are 1000% better than everywhere else you have learned your training from, I guarantee you that what you have learned in the past is wrong. These guys will make you the best. Felt like I was learning from legends. If you need proper and real life experience/training these are the guys you learn from.

I am extremely dissapounted in the guards you have posted at King soopers. I needed the code for the bathroom and was told that only the guards have the code. Wouldn't give it to me, but the white guy behind me got it with no issue. Had to change my son's diaper in the parking lot because of your racist staff.

I hope to see you go out of business, or at least improve. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

Update: so allegedly, the guards aren't allowed to give out codes to the bathroom, if that's true, I have two questions.

1. Why did the staff at king soopers tell me the guards were supposed to give me the code, after I complained to the store manager.

2. Why did the white guy get it without any issue whatsoever?

Anyone with common sense will see race was involved.

Today I attended the king Soopers store in Greeley and I MUST say guard Hale was more than courteous, professional look’s professional in uniform, attended to customers with great customer service. I have to say I am impressed.

Just wanted to give a MASSIVE thanks to the guard who saved me earlier today. I was at the king Walmart on Ralston road 30th in Arvada, doing my regular shopping with my 4 year old, when my ex found me. For personal reasons, i wont go into too much detail, but there is a restraining order on my ex for a reason.

Anyway he wouldn't leave me alone, just kept following us and harassing me, eventually, it got physical, my ex grabbing my wrist so hard, i yelled from the pain.

In comes what i can only assume is your largest guard, Basket of groceries on one hand, my ex's shoulder in the other. "I think its time for you to leave!" he said in an authoritative voice. when my ex didn't let go of me, The guard did something to the mans collarbone. which caused my ex to shout in pain and let me go.

Last i saw my ex was being handed over to the police, and your guard was filling a report. i approached to thank him and heard him tell the cops that he works for Sparkys. The guard didn't give me his name, but he did give me a taser and some pepper spray to protect myself.

The guard had a birthmark on his right hand. i don't know if that helps, but your man did a DAMN good job!
