I had a really poor experience with these guys. I had to prod them multiple times to move things along. Communication was very poor - They asked me the same questions multiple times and got my information wrong, INCLUDING the effective date of my insurance, my first name and my address!! Those are HUGE details to get wrong. They repeatedly promised to provide me scheduling availability for Denver Health and I never received it - they never should have offered to do this, since they are not actually Denver Health.

It took them over two weeks to process a simple health insurance application with LOTS of back and forth. They finally fixed it and got it submitted...

I spoke with a Senior Leader of this company and she didn’t offer as much as an apology or assurance they would look into this.

I DO NOT recommend them.

I have had a very positive experience with the Medicare Department of Denver Health Medical Center. The receptionist, Griselda Montano, is always very friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful. It is always a pleasant experience when Griselda answers the phone to take my call. Recently, I had some difficulty trying to get Physical Therapy scheduled, so I asked to speak to a Supervisor. Griselda put me through to Jenn Hamann. She listened to my concerns and immediately began to help solve the problem. She contacted the correct person and we had a 3-way phone call with her remaining on the line throughout the call. We had a follow up call to make sure that everything was moving along smoothly. Then she did something that I did not expect. She went the extra mile in providing excellent service. She sent me a card in the mail to make sure everything had been taken care of and told me that if I ever have any concerns in the future to please give her a call and she will personally assist me. She also included her personal business card with all her personal contact information. People in customer service just don't do this anymore. It used to be more common, but now days it is very, very rare. It was very nice of her and it certainly made me feel good about dealing with her department and having my Medicare Select account with Denver Health Medical Center. I would recommend Jenn Hamann and Griselda Montano very highly and am grateful to both of them for their excellent service.
