I normally never read reviews and because of that, I find it useless to post one but I will exceptionally leave one because I was surprised by the time it took ISO to respond to my email. Most of the time I get to wait at least a day before I get a reply but that wasn't the case for ISO as they responded a couple of hours later with great courtesy and customer know-how. I could tell the customer service is extremely friendly and as such for me, I can say it should be the only health insurance used by international students because I rate it top-notch.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from this insurance company. I had some issues during the process because of my college’s first insurance, but ISO went above and beyond to help me figure everything out—definitely 5-star service!

After having a really bad experience with the other insurance company, ISO was a breath of fresh air. Every time I called, they picked up and patiently assisted me with exceptional customer service.

Scammers!! Absolute rip-off!!

They happily take your money but REFUSE to pay when you actually need them. Customer service is a joke—they dodge responsibility, send you in circles, and make it nearly impossible to get your claims processed. Even when you follow their so-called procedures, they find excuses to deny payments.

Save yourself the headache and go with a real insurance company that doesn’t scam its customers.

I encountered an unscrupulous supervisor in the U.S. and had an unpleasant experience, which is leading me to discontinue my work and return to my home country. Miss Yuchen was very understanding of my difficult situation and assisted me in obtaining a refund for the remaining months of my insurance. Miss Jenny helped ensure that the refund was successfully returned to the correct bank account. I am truly grateful for their help. I sprained my foot on September 11, 2024, and went to an urgent care center accredited by ISO insurance. I had a consultation and an X-ray of my foot—that’s all. ISO never informed me that I needed to fill out CLAIM forms, so I didn’t. Now, on November 19, the urgent care center is billing me $400 for a simple X-ray and consultation regarding a minor accident.

I’ve tried contacting ISO through WhatsApp and phone, but they were unhelpful, only telling me to wait while urgent care continues to bill me and ask for my card details. I paid over $300 for three months of insurance, and the only time I needed their help, they failed to assist me.

Their customer service is terrible, providing no support or peace of mind, especially for students who cannot afford such high medical expenses! I absolutely do not recommend ISO insurance. I am still waiting for a proper response from the company!
