Highly recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance. Responsible pet parents must have pet insurance these days. Pet emergencies are unexpected and the cost of specialty and emergency care prices are at an all time high. I researched quite a few companies and Pumpkin received glowing reviews, I knew it was the best company for covering my 3 cats. Pumpkin has proven to be fast and reliable with coverage claims. My poor cat Sprout has had one issue after another. She survived a major chest surgery for a twisted lung and sadly now she may need another major surgery in the near future. I know I can make the best decisions for veterinary care without worry about the financial aspect. No denied claims, no questions asked. I just uploaded my medical record and invoice. It's such a relief knowing I have Pumpkin Pet Insurance. Sprout says thank you Pumpkin!

I love Pumpkin Insurance for my dog. They are great. When I go to the vet I give my bill to my daughter and she scans it into her phone and sends it onto Pumpkin Ins. Pumpkin then get my bill and works on it right then as soon as they receive it. Then sends me an email message telling me they have received it and are working on it. There is never a question whether they have received my vet bill because they always lets me know they have received my bill and are working on it promptly. Pumpkin is the best pet insurance for me and my dog and I bet if you give them a chance you will find out that they are the best for you and your pet.

The team at Pumpkin are wonderful caring people. The claims are easy to file and are usually paid very quickly. We sadly had to say goodbye to our sweet boy. They made the cancellation so easy, and even refunded some of the premium I had already paid. Also, about a week after closing the account, we received a very tasteful memorial candle in remembrance of our boy. It made me cry, but it was very kind and appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering pet insurance.

We've had our pets insured with Pumpkin Pet Insurance for about three years now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The claims process is incredibly user-friendly—simply upload a photo of the vet invoice, enter a few details, and use the dropdown menu to categorize the claim as an illness or accident. There's also a section to provide additional details, including symptom start and (optional) end dates, along with the claimed amount.

Recently, we received a reimbursement for an emergency vet visit in less than five days—just in time to apply it to our first Care Credit payment. We've been recommending Pumpkin Pet Insurance to everyone we know because of how reliable and efficient they are. We're so glad we chose to insure both our cat and dog with them and wouldn't have it any other way.

I love this pet insurance company so much. When I call, I always promptly get someone on the line who is happy, knowledgeable, concerned, helpful, and my claims are paid easily and very quickly.
I just spoke with Sam from Texas and she was the absolute best!!! Patient, kind, gave incredible suggestions, guidance, and gave me confidence in the process. My vet recommended Pumpkin because she chose them for her own pets and I recommend them to every friend I have. I will get this insurance for any dog I have in the future.

I am so glad I chose Pumpkin for my dog. I had to file my first claim recently, and it was surprisingly easy! When I called about specific questions, their customer service over the phone was superb. The best part of all was that my claim was processed quickly, and I had the money in my account in time to pay the credit card bill that included the vet fees.
