Fortunately, we haven't used our policy, but I've met with a representative annually and each year I'm impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and their desire to help. This year I met with Joanna Grossman and she was exceptional. She made recommendation as an advisor and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I appreciate her approach and recommendations. This company is a straight up scam. Avoid at all costs. They recruit new members by word of mouth. They swindled me into believing that they were associated with my union for work. When I called my union they said it was the third time that day someone called asking about this company and that they aren’t associated.

I called to cancel multiple times, but still haven’t received the paperwork I requested via mail or email to officially cancel policy. In addition, they harass your line until you sign up even after. Multiple ppl would still try to contact you to buy a policy.
