This site send me a collection and they say call to resolve and it’s horrible I have been on hold for over a hour waiting for someone to take my call so I can resolve whatever issues I have to take care of this is so unprofessional and unacceptable to wait on hold for over a hour!! They are so unprofessional in every way possible!!! How do you handle this situation over the phone if no one is answering calls!! On top of that I don’t live in New York State I live out of state and I only have the option to call because I would have to buy a plane ticket to get to nyc to handle in person!!! If you call just know you will be waiting over a hour to speak with someone and I still didn’t speak with someone!!!!!!!!
