I have worked with many insurance providers, Caldwell in Evergreen is at the bottom of my list – I have been with American for 14 years. The previous agent was fantastic. With Caldwell return phone calls are a problem, when I do speak with Bryan (I called him) he seems uninterested, not very knowledgeable about your policy and their attention to details is certainly lacking. Attention to detail? – they renewed my homeowners insurance for 2024 and it went up considerably (of course) but, they quoted my house at 59 square feet. That is correct 59 sf. They sent me a certificate showing 59 sf. BTW my house is 6,900 sf. Then they raised the premium another $2,100.00. I found another insurance company – as YES you can find coverage in Evergreen with a reputable company, better coverage and a saving as well. With Amercan Family, you will be disappointed and you will be canceled – start shopping before it too late.

American Family Insurance's Caldwell Insurance Agency has protected our summer homes for over 40 years. Brian keeps track of our coverage, making sure we are covered for any disaster. Although our rates keep going up, so does the value of our properties!!

Bryan Caldwell Insurance in Evergreen, Colorado has taken care of our properties in Park County for 25 years. He checks to be sure we have adequate coverage, especially in regards to potential fire dangers. Bryan and the office staff are friendly and efficient.

Bryan Caldwell has been nothing but honest, helpful, kind and a great communicator. He always reaches out way ahead of time when policies are coming up for renewal and always checks quotes from other companies to make sure we have the best rates available. He hold all of our insurance policies and I don't ever plan on changing!

We have several insurance policies with American Family Insurance including homeowners, umbrella liability, three vehicles, motorhome, utility trailer. We have been very happy with the Caldwell Insurance Agency and would recommend them to anyone interested in insurance in our area. The agency is responsive to our needs and requests and has offered to set up appointments to discuss our insurance needs.
Unfortunately I must change my review of this company and agency. Rather than expand on details, I will just say that we have taken our business elsewhere.

If I could rate Brian Caldwell and his office less than a 1 star I would. We were automatically transferred to his office after our previous agent retired. I went to transfer my renters insurance to a new apartment complex and was given a total for the year - I paid this and then weeks later received a new bill. Apparently discounts had fallen off (this is fine) but I was never made aware of this, I confirmed several time with the agent I spoke with that the amount paid for the year would be the last bill received from Am Fam, then I got a new bill with a new total to be paid after the discounts fell off. When speaking with Brian Caldwell’s team I was literally laughed at, told it was a mistake on their end - no apology, just told this was the new total. Transparency is important, so is accountability and customer service. Brian Caldwell’s team lacks all 3 traits. We are now switching to a new agent at a different office to hopefully have a better experience.
